HK Arts Festival - Privileged Programme for students

Our students got a valuable chance to watch "Whipped Cream", a ballet performed by the American Ballet Theatre, an event organized by the Hong Kong Arts Festival Society.

The story is about a young boy who over indulges in eating a lot of sweet things in a pastry shop. His excessive consumption of sweets makes him sick and is sent to a strange hospital ward. He escapes into a fantasy land in his dream where Princes Cocoa and coffee, Princesses Tea-Flower and Praline come alive and dance along with other sweets and treats. This is a great life experience for students to broaden their perspective on this a form of art.

Our School has organized a tailor-made integrated curriculum with the theme of “I’m a Smart Student” from 15 to 19 January 2018.

The activities included thematic talks, game booth, site visit and various activities that were carried out during lessons.  During the period, we all had enjoyable moments with the active participation of every student and the creation and the leading of interesting puzzles games by the senior grade students.  Students achieved more knowledge about ‘confidence’ from the thematic talk.  During the course of activities, everyone participated actively, their learning experience was being enriched.
