Our school participated in the "New Territories Inter-School Skipping Championship" and achieved an overall second runner-up, one first runner-up, and two outstanding results in the competition. Our skipping team demonstrated remarkable explosiveness and agility in the speed event, as well as excellent coordination and skills in the special events such as double dutch and group synchronized skipping.Aside from the competition itself, this championship provided a platform for our skipping team to learn from and exchange with other participating teams. Through mutual observation and skill-sharing, this exchange not only enriched their experiences but also contributed to the development and promotion of the sport of skipping.
