The opening ceremony of the East Tung Chung Waterfront Landmark was successfully held on October 12. Members of our PTA, along with teacher, parents, and students, participated in the event. This gathering was not only a celebration of the new landmark's inauguration but also an opportunity to strengthen community bonds.
During the event, we heard from four youth network members from diverse backgrounds sharing their dreams and experiences of integrating into society, including a representative from a minority ethnic group, which gave us deeper insights into the charm of multiculturalism.
Parents and children enjoyed a wonderful time in the parent-child origami workshop, where kids expressed their creativity through their creations. Additionally, there were musical performances by local politicians and youth, adding vibrancy and fun to the entire occasion!
