Recently, our school collaborated with students from the Nursing Department of the University of Hong Kong to hold a comprehensive health promotion event covering several important health topics. During the event, students learned about bone and spine health, how to protect their eyes, tips for healthy internet and electronic screen usage, the importance of a balanced diet and exercise, as well as knowledge about emotional and social health.
The aim of this event was to enhance students' understanding of both physical and mental health, emphasizing that they are interconnected. Through interactive workshops and practical activities, students not only gained theoretical knowledge but also learned how to practice a healthy lifestyle in their daily lives.
The successful execution of this event not only raised students' health awareness but also encouraged them to prioritize their physical and mental well-being, fostering good habits. We hope that students will apply what they have learned in their daily lives to create a healthy and happy future
