Students from our school participated in a rare opportunity to attend a science lecture on " The Vessel Shen Hai Yi Hao" research vessel and the "Jiao Long" manned submersible. This event allowed students to personally hear from scientists working in the field of deep-sea research as they shared their experiences and insights. The scientists provided an engaging introduction to the uniqueness of the deep-sea environment and the mysteries of its ecosystems, as well as stories from their scientific research aboard the "Jiao Long." During the event, students not only enhanced their understanding of deep-sea science but also ignited their enthusiasm for scientific exploration, laying a foundation for their future learning and research. It was an unforgettable and inspiring experience.
