Our school participated in an event called the 'Octopus Innovation and Technology Sports Program'. The aim of this program is to discover and develop students' interest in sports while enhancing their ability to apply STEM knowledge in their daily lives through sports. The program includes workshops on sports science, where STEM instructors explain STEM concepts and create instruments, as well as inviting sports coaches to share information about various sports.
Last Saturday, the school attended the program’s launch ceremony. The event featured an opening ceremony, speeches from distinguished guests, and engaging athlete shares. Students had the opportunity to hear firsthand experiences from athletes, which inspired them to explore different sports. Additionally, there were interactive sports experiences that allowed students to apply what they learned. Overall, it was an exciting day filled with learning and motivation to pursue sports and STEM knowledge together.
